WINTER TRAINING:     During the winter months the traditional circuit workout is in full swing.  This workout, every Tuesday evening, is a fantastic combination of agility drills within a cardio workout.  Sets of drills are flanked by tempo intervals to make this a truly unique running workout working on coordination, strength and stamina.

Additionally, many in the group are training for a spring marathon and have started their long run progression.

Others have eyes on the start of the spring racing scene with both the Couples Classic 5K and the Truffle Shuffle.

Here’s to great group running.  Keep Dry!
